Welcome to ...Cheffin' it up: a cooking series by ACS Manchester designed to give members and non-members a flavour of our cultures! Episode 4 features Tosin, who is apparently known for his amazing honey glazed beef and fried rice, so here we are, witnessing the magic happen!
He used (in order of appearance):
- spring onions
- rice
- 1/4 cu Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup of runny honey
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp of crushed cooked chilli
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- beef
- thyme
- oil/butter
- prawns
- 3 large eggs
