Brittleknee's League Start Guide - How to Choose the Right Build at the Beginning of a New League

Hi, everyone!

Rather than just list a few builds every league, I wanted to try to create a guide that would be a bit more timeless. Regardless of nerfs, league mechanics, overall expansion releases and other variables, I attempted to create a consolidated set of criteria in which to choose a build to start a league.

While likely more useful to a beginner or intermediate player, I feel like there's something here for everyone. Even if its just my shitty humor.

All of the builds here are of my own design. Most are legitimate, some are memes.
