Bill Briggs Talks Music and Mountaineering in Jackson

Bill Briggs, 87, is regarded as the father of North American extreme skiing, largely on virtue of his first descent of the Grand Teton back in 1971. A living legend, Bill's impact on Jackson's culture is hard to overstate. His descent of the Grand has inspired generations of pilgrims to the Tetons, and while his skiing has slowed down a bit, he still plays a starring role in the community.
