This breath is good to practice when you are feeling anxious or nervous; nadi shodhana will work to balance the energy channels in your body and calm your central nervous system. My wish is that when you finish this video you find greater sense of peace.

No previous yoga experience necessary to complete this video. Come with your mat and an open heart.
