A baby was born in Caibiran, Biliran in the midst of Typhoon Ursula. He mother was on her way to the Rural Health Unit when they encountered uprooted trees and falling debris prompting them to take shelter in a waiting shed while the rescuers were clearing their path. Mayor Rhodessa Revita and her executive assistant who is a registered nurse helped the mother deliver her baby in a nearby house. She was named Mary Ursula. Video by PMaj Dinvir Revita
