Tung Ting is the same as dong ding oolong. It's a roasted taiwanese oolong and its got a beautiful nutty flavor to it. This tea is really good grandpa style too should you prefer that method of brewing. I think the roasted notes of tung ting are great if you want to kind of warm up your whole body - would you call it a warm tea? versus a cold tea like a sheng or a japanese green? That's my take anyway. Awesome for the winter time, not really a summer drink for me.
