Tambora | Rainforest in Peril

During our trek to the summit of Tambora (11 Oktober 2019) we encountered a tropical rainforest fire between post 3 and 4 (Jalur Pancasila). We were fortunate and the last group to reach the summit before the paths were inaccessible and closed for safety reasons.
