Are you taking care of yourself, and your body, and your mind, and the people around you?
I had a fantastic day in the desert. Talking with some of the greatest health and wellness professionals in the world. Titan Mike O'Hearn just mindblowing. Sharing his knowledge on health and fitness, and what it is to be healthy and the effects of that. How you can be healthy.
And what that will do for you, for your business, for your family, for your day to day. Talking about how even you can look healthy and not be healthy on the inside. And the people that surround you, are they healthy?
Are they in? Are they people you want to be around? Are they are they providing you nourishment, or are they sucking it away? And that's made me think a real lot about our team, and how our community, and how everyone just loves to be around each other.
And we help each other out and we grow together. Then we got mind dropped by Super Bowl champion Heath Evans. He played for Bill Belichick. He played for Sean Payton. He played under Tom Brady.
His passion and pursuit. Now that he's out of the NFL about how what needs to get done in your mind and, are you feeding your soul? Are you doing what is right and giving service to others?
And it's been incredible hearing it from somebody on the other side of a totally different profession: The National Football League. But the parallels being the same. It's that you need to take care of yourself, so you can take care of your team, and give, give, give, give in the most selfless way possible all the time.
And, we do a lot of stuff. But it makes me think, wow, maybe we're not doing enough. So I'll even throw this out here as a commitment for whoever is watching, or for the team, that we're gonna do more. We're going to do more to help awesome people and our awesome clients get homes.
But we're also going to do more for the community. And we're going to dedicate ourselves to just dropping love, and helping, and feeding people's souls. And I couldn't be more excited, inspired about that. So I appreciate Mike and Heath and all their love and the day we spent together.
So more to come. Peace from the desert.
