Mark Wellhouse: What I like about the process was that it was very easy to do. It's a one-stop-shop. We didn't have to go to an architect. We didn't have to go to a different designer. We didn't have to go to somebody that did all the drawings. Marshall & Beth did everything. We had one point of contact for all of our issues and all of our wishes and it was just seamless from that regard, especially because we lived about 150 miles from the project, so it made it very easy for us to deal with just one company, one business. Marshal actually came out Thanksgiving morning to look at the house and give us his feedback on it and then later gave us a quote. Marshall & Beth were very accessible throughout the process and everybody, when we come and visit the house, everybody that worked on the house was super nice, super friendly, very accommodating, answered all our questions. We had absolutely no issues throughout the process which is amazing to me.
Robin Wellhouse: They had twin babies while they were working on this house, and they never dropped the ball.
Mark Wellhouse: Not once. They have a software tool that makes it very easy to see what your choices have been, what your budget is, and they posted photos along the way, so we could feel very comfortable about what was getting done and the progress that was being made. It really gave us a huge comfort level knowing that we have that type of communication and everything was documented that we talked about through the software tool.
Robin Wellhouse: Beth was our first concrete contact as far as picking up the services and the colors and doing all the things that we were probably not brave enough to do on our own? So, she talked us through making some of the hard decisions and Marshal was busy on the design and the construction end at the beginning, and we just came together so nicely and so easily, and we're just so happy to find about them.
Mark Wellhouse: We're very happy with the house and the way it turned out. It surpassed our wildest dreams that Marshall & Beth could put something together like this.
