Today's video is brief about how you possibly could get $20,000 for free from Wells Fargo if you qualify for their NeighborhoodLift and Grant Program. It does not only apply to first time homebuyers. However you have to live in the following 8-10 states to apply and qualify.

Sadly i can't take care of this awesome opportunity however i would encourage any architect that lives in one of these states named on their website (WellsFrago) to apply and see if you qualify.
