Day 16 Nov 2019 Builder wants to save money, that's the reason boundry is left half constructed from past 6 months currently local people and criminals/thieves freely roam in Bollineni silas without fear. Surprisingly BSCPL has removed /reduced security guards for 16 to only 2. And most of the time guards found sleeping. Upon question there is a complete silence from Builder. Builder has charged customers heavily around a lakh rupee on name of maintenance and security and quality and in reality none of these are provided. So be careful with your investment
