Embrace Wellness is dedicated to my journey towards wellness. I have had terrible stomach disorders; skin diseases and hair fall due to unhealthy scalp since my teenage. Over the years, I have tried all kinds of medicine i.e. homeopathy, ayurveda, allopathy, home remedies etc. You name it and I have tried it. Nothing worked once I stopped having the medication. In the last few years, I came to know that many things in our body are controlled by the diet we have, hormones secretion and the circulation of blood throughout the body. Therefore, yoga and healthy eating came into the picture and I started getting aware and exploring healthier ways of eating my food without making it too bland. The only thing which came to me rescue is Yoga, as regular practice of yoga controls the hormones secreted from our glands and increases the blood flow in our body. Some specific postures i.e. inversions and back bend increase the blood flow towards the scalp, giving us healthy hair and skin.


Today, I am sharing a little variation of my regular yoga routine i.e. two killer workouts for abs and arms. We need to do these exercises for 45-60 seconds depending on our capacity. We must not put any strain while doing any form of exercise. Whenever, I feel the need to get rid of excess fat around my belly, I switch these workouts in my Yoga routine. It acts like a catalyst.
