Human resource industry urged to prepare for emerging technologies, ageing workforce

Human resource professionals have been urged to prepare their organisations for emerging technologies and the ageing workforce. Minister of State for Manpower Zaqy Mohamad said technological developments such as data analytics can improve recruitment processes. At an HR think-tank event, Mr Zaqy also presented six HR professionals with their master professional certificates. The certifications aim to strengthen HR practices in Singapore by enhancing competencies and allowing practitioners to be key enablers in their organisations.
