Peace be to you all (AsSalama'laikum)! Incorporating hill runs is a VERY important part of marathon training! This is similar to becoming a Physician Assistant or, achieving any other of your life's goals. Don't shy away from hard work! I have been a medically licensed Physician Assistant for almost two decades and currently work as Hospitalist PA in Washington, D.C. where I live with my wife and children. I also earned a Doctorate of Health Education from A.T. Still University. ALL of this took LONG hours of studying (exams, papers, research, dissertation defense, etc.). I am SO inspired by those of you I see embracing your OWN academic (PA, MD, RN, ), fitness (lifting, running) and health challenges (injuries, illnesses, etc). Keep up the great work you are doing!
