Comment: If fallen behind how have money to hire lawyer to fight debt collection lawsuit

Great comment about if we have fallen behind because we have no money, how do we find the money if we are sued?

Remember you can always defend yourself.

But most folks by the time they get sued will be in a better position financially to be able to hire a lawyer or settle the case.
