Colliers Int'l: POGOs seen to overtake BPOs in real estate pickup | Market Edge

Colliers International-- seeing faster real estate take-up from the POGO industry. That's despite recent government restrictions on the issuance of permits to new offshore gaming applications. Colliers International Senior Research Manager Joey Bondo sees the next three years to be POGO-led, dislodging BPOs that worked over the office market in PH for the last five years.
