Call of Duty : Modern Warfare - Ran into 20-0 Trash Talkers in Gun Fight

Hello everybody today we have a chill stream enjoying the new Call of Duty. I will be playing some gun fight (2v2) but during this stream I ran into a duo that says they are 20-0. they even ask if im going to make it 21-0. I DONT THINK SO
