Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (ASX:AB1) chairman and co-founder Yat Siu updates Proactive on the launch of the official mobile game for Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios (MGM) film of “The Addams Family”. The chairman also updates the market on entering into a subscription agreement with Sky Mavis to acquire AU $610,000 worth of shares in Sky Mavis, in a cash and shares deal.
Sky Mavis is the maker of the highly rated blockchain game Axie Infinity, and is among the highest-grossing blockchain games, with sales of over AU $1.6 million.
The company has also signed an advisory agreement and a collaboration memorandum of understanding with Sky Mavis.
