Make sure you get at least one discount turkey and one ham if you like them at your local grocery store for Thanksgiving sales. I usually smoke a turkey for thanksgiving. Processing time for rabbits and Cornish Rock chickens. Seems like I've been processing 6-8 rabbits each weekend. I'm finally caught up for at least a month. I've now processed 12 Cornish rock chickens and have about six to go. My freezers will be pretty full next week.
