So you've been wondering how to work on the stiffness in your legs... You are not alone 😭 Most of us are super tight in the legs, especially in the hamstrings, and it is very common as well to have tightness in the hips. I know I hold most my tension there. So in this super easy video I show you stretches so you can work on these issues.

In this free yoga class we are working with movements to open up the hips and lengthen the hamstrings, to mobilise the body and become more free in our movement.
