When calling the real PayPal customer service, callers frequently talk to foreigners. So it is understandbable why this particular call to a PayPal scammer almost sounds real. The dead give-away that it is not real is when they ask for the Hillbilly's email address, and when the scammer hangs up first. In legitimate call centers, the customer service rep NEVER hangs up first. That is a rule that call centers of every variety enforce. A scammer call center has no such rules or rules of any kind, probably.
